RABBIT BREEDERS ASSOCIATION

EMRBA Members Rabbit Links Rabbit Wanted/For Sale Show Link NE Dates Newsletter Membership Information Notices Calendar

    Eastern Maine Rabbit Breeders Association is situated in the Eastern Maine area centered by Bangor. EMRBA primarily draws members from Penobscot County. Eastern Maine RBA is the largest of seven ARBA sanctioned rabbit clubs in Maine (Aroostook County RBC, Cumberland County RBA, New England Holland Lop Rabbit Club, Western Maine RBA and York County RBA being the others). All Maine clubs are affiliated with Maine State Rabbit Breeders Association and are ARBA chartered.
    Eastern Maine meetings are held on a bi-monthly basis and EMRBA publishes a newsletter for its members. Each year, EMRBA holds up to three ARBA sanctioned shows. The April and the November shows take place at the Newport Recreation Center in Newport.

If your breed has not been sanctioned, you are free to donate the cost of the sanction fee providing you contact the show secretary prior to the 30 day cut-off
(email and/or telephone)
. If 10 or more rabbits are shown in the donated breed, the club will waive this fee.
